Our book entitled “Commercial Transactions in Singapore: The Law and Model Documents” published by Sweet & Maxwell is now in its 4th print. The book is currently in its 4th edition and is available for sale. The book provides succinct commentaries on key areas of law as well as useful guidance and resources on the drafting of contracts and letters. Such books are now given to foreign companies coming into Singapore, brought in by the Government agencies and introduced to us especially by the EDB, International Enterprises Singapore and IDA companies.

Our latest book entitled “Legal Guide For Startups and Fundraising in Singapore” published by Lexis Nexis was written by our team of lawyers headed by Sara Liew and Ronnie Tan. This book is meant as an introductory guide for startups who are new in this space. The legal content is explained in simple language as far as possible. Guidance is also given in the form of templates and explanations to help the reader to comprehend and navigate the legal landscape.
