Ms Sandra Lim is an Equity Director and heads the Real Estate and Conveyancing Department.
Sandra graduated from the University of London and was called to the Bar in England in 1993 and the Singapore Bar in 1994. She handled a variety of legal work, namely in general litigation, conveyancing, corporate, family and solicitor’s work. Sandra’s competency in the law and client care saw her being promoted to junior partner status in the firm within 2 years of practice.
In May 1999, Sandra started her own practice with particular focus on conveyancing, corporate, family and solicitor’s work. Sandra demonstrated particular strengths and specialities in conveyancing and soon the firm saw itself on the panel of several banks. Her corporate and conveyancing work encompassed mergers and acquisitions involving public listed companies and developers of real properties respectively. She has acted for both corporate and individual clients from all over the world. She now acts for various government agencies, statutory boards, private companies and partnerships in the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements of various nature. Sandra’s solicitors work involves drafting of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Estate Planning and Trusts.
Sandra is an Associate Mediator with the Subordinate Courts, mediating in civil litigation disputes and recently in Magistrates Complaints.
Away from law, Sandra is very passionate about music. She plays the piano and is one of the appointed Assessors with the London College of Music for the Music for the Intelligent Mind courses in Singapore. She is also volunteer tutor with the Catholic Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, giving free tuition to poor and needy children.
