Simone Chettiar obtained her law degree in the UK. She is part of our Insurance team within the Litigation department. She has a special interest in litigation including non-insurance areas. Her involvement in the Insurance Department has led her to exposure to personal injury claims, workplace accidents, Workman’s Injury Compensation claims and insurance policies advisory work

Apart from Insurance matters, Simone is now involved in other areas of Litigation such as contractual disputes, defamation and the law relating to confidential information.
